House Pery is dating back to the 18th century and located in Gavalochori.

It is an old traditional Apokoronian house, fully restored and named after the owner's wife. It's decoration is astonishing. It is furnished throughout with traditional Cretan furniture, some of it new, but all demonstrating true craftsmanship.

It has one bedroom, two bathrooms, a specious sitting-room and a fully equipped kitchen (micro-wave, cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, coffee-machine, toaster and dish-washer). It has also CD/radio/cassette player, television with DVD and a washing-machine which is shared with Olive Press and the Hermit.
