The village of Kalives is located about 15 km east of Chania at the
entry to Souda Bay. It offers long sandy beaches. There are super markets,
taverns and restaurants, bank.
Villa Georgia occupies a magnificent position
on the hillside above the beach. It has a wonderful view over the village, the bay, and Akrotiri Peninsula.
You can walk to the beach in five minutes
and the village center in ten. It has a swimming pool (8.5m X 4.2m,
depth 1.2m to 2.5m), equipped with the most
sophisticated electrolysis system that produce nascent chlorine and ozone.
So there is no chlorine taste, smell or feel. As a result the swimmer do
not suffer from skin irritations.
There are 3 studios (2
people), 6 x 1-bedroomed apartments (up to 3 people), and 2
x 2-bedroomed
apartments (up to 5 people). All are traditional decorated,
are self catering
(kitchen and refrigerator), and have a bathroom with shower and a wall safe.
All of them have balcony
with sea view and air-condition. Studios: Max. 2 Persons /
