A few years ago Agia Galini on the south coast of Heraklion was still a hot tip for tourists. This had changed very fast.

The nice village has been developed to a centre of tourism. Many taverns and bars. The beach eastern of the village offers sunbeds, sunshades and some taverns. Who is looking for quiet and peaceful holiday is wrong here. This is possible only early or late in the season.
