Argiroupoli is located near Rethimnon. It is a pretty small village with many springs.

The water is running over stairs into small pools. So it is even in summer very green here. The springs are part of the water supply of Rethimnon.

The ancient city of Lappa was situated here. Some ruins of mills and more are still visible. There are some small taverns to take a break.
